The general goal is to innovate the operational tools of Guidance within the VET System and in particular in the partner organisations through the development of an expert system (web oriented App) that, take advantage of artificial intelligence, enables operators to correctly and effectively assess the personal potential and skills of the users, improving the quality standards and the related Essential Performance Levels: user profiling check, ascertaining potential and competences (soft and hard skills), skills needs analysis, definition of reintegration and/or upskilling and/or reskilling pathway. Specific objectives are the following:

1. to introduce the use of digital technologies within the partner organisations operating in the VET sector.
It consists in providing the partner organisations with an artificial intelligence module, able to support guidance techniques,
because it allows to verify the user's profiling, to identify skills gaps and to define re-employment, reskilling and upskilling paths,
consistent with the economic development guidelines of the territories.

2. Strengthen the skills in the use of digital tools of VET practitioners, through the testing of the developed artificial
intelligence module and the creation of an interactive, multilingual guide for its use, which will remain available to the
European VET System.

These objectives, together with the results produced, are closely linked to Horizontal Priority 3 because they make it
possible to implement, within the partner organisations, a digital transition plan of the process of providing the
specialist guidance service.

Others project objectives are:

3. Adapt guidance practices to the digital changes and innovations of current society, in order to modernize and bring the task of the VET practitioners closer to the languages/needs of the target/market, so that it is responsive and in line with current and future needs of the economy and society. The objective includes the construction of the expert system (App), based on 2D gamification modules, which will support professionals in the guidance phases, from the verification of the profiling that has been certified in assessment, to gap and re-employment pathways analysis. Hence the correspondence to VET priority 3: the project contributes to the innovation of the VET system with the application (artificial intelligence module) that innovates techniques and tools of the operator by supporting him in his work, with a gamification system, easy to use and close to the user's needs.

4. Inform and train VET practitioners on the main project output (the Artificial Intelligence Module) to be used in
professional practice. Hence the connection with VET priority 4: increasing the attractiveness of VET as the project
supports the professional development of VET staff.
